Jonathan (Jon) Rambeau is the Vice President and General Manager for Lockheed Martin’s C6ISR line of business within the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. In this role, he is responsible for the execution and strategic growth of a multi-domain portfolio of capabilities covering command, control, communications, computers, cyber, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, with approximately 5,500 employees around the globe.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Rambeau served as Vice President and General Manager for Lockheed Martin’s Training and Logistics Solutions line of business within RMS from April 2013 to November 2016. In this capacity, he was successful in delivering record growth and profitability for Lockheed Martin’s global mission readiness and sustainment programs.
Before joining RMS, Mr. Rambeau served as Vice President of F-35 International Programs at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics from March 2011 to March 2013. In this role, Mr. Rambeau was responsible for all aspects of F-35 international programs and production deliveries, ensuring that each international participant’s delivery schedule and industrial participation plan was maintained and executed.
He previously served as Vice President for Technology Transition within Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Engineering and Technology organization from May 2009 to March 2011. In this role, Mr. Rambeau was responsible for linking corporate research and development initiatives to Lockheed Martin’s product lines to drive business growth and affordability initiatives. His research portfolio included nanotechnology and advanced sensor systems.
Mr. Rambeau is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience at Lockheed Martin. He has held critical roles in program management, engineering and operations. He served as Director of Credentialing Programs and directed several key initiatives for the Corporation including the Corporate Nanotechnology Initiative, Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Strategic Airport Security Rollout program, and the TSA Transportation Worker Identification Credential program.
Mr. Rambeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Engineering and Applied Science. He is also a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy.
